If you have not yet received a fulfillment email from us, it is likely your package has not shipped.
If you have received a fulfillment email and the tracking information but you have not received it, here are the most likely causes
- The expected shipment time (domestic shipping is 3-5 days; international shipping 7-21 days) has not elapsed. Virtually all deliveries occur within these shipping windows.
- Your tracking information may be inaccurate. If you find it shows DELIVERED to Rio Rancho, NM a scanning error has occurred. In this case, your package has shipped but tracking information will be unavailable.
- For International US First Class mail shipments: your package is likely in your local post office being processed through customs. Call your post office and provide them with the label number provided with your shipment confirmation. This can help confirm this and clarify delivery timing. A package shipped internationally is not considered missing until after 40 days. If 40 days have passed, we will initiate a claims inquiry.
