Q: I only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items I ordered?
A: Many of our products are drop shipped from other great designers. Double check your order- if it contains products by any of the following, you can expect more than one shipment!

Q: The product I want is out of stock? When will it be back in stock?
A: Product inventories vary based on availability and manufacturing lead times. If you are looking for a product that is out of stock, sign up to be notified via email when the product is back in stock. Simply navigate to the product page and click the 'email notification link'.
Q: Do you have any discounts currently running?
A: We regularly run discount programs- the best way to be notified of discounts is to join our email list (we never send more than 3 emails per month).
Q: My international shipment has not arrived and tracking is not showing progress. Can you find out why?
A: If you chose USPS First Class International Shipping at checkout, tracking information is inconsistent beyond the United States. Therefore, a package will appear to have no information beyond the last scan in the United States. Some countries will show an update once the package reaches customs.What we do know is that these shipments take between 2-4 weeks to arrive depending upon location and time of year (expect slow downs during local holiday seasons). After 30 days we are able to initiate a second shipment if the package remains undelivered.
