Pinball machines have high voltages which can cause DANGER TO LIFE AND LIMB. TURN POWER OFF and UNPLUG PINBALL MACHINE prior to installation. Pinball machines are high voltage and can cause electrical shock.
SAFETY GLASSES are also recommended while working with or installing pinball parts.

When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.
Pull the playfield out enough that you can access the back of the back board, unscrew the factory flasher with a 1/4 nut driver or flathead screwdriver.
Grab the new flasher base and remove the tape cover.
Place the new flasher in just like the factory flasher, then grab the sun half.
There are four groves in the base and the sun has four pegs, place the sun on the base at a slight angle (as shown below), pushing the pegs into the groves. Then twist the sun counterclockwise, locking the sun in place. Enjoy and thank you.
