When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.
- Turn off game. Remove glass from playfield.
- Identify scoop on the right side of the machine and apply long tape as shown in picture.
- Following the wiring for the spotlight behind the sign, fish the Kaiju connector through the same hole.
-
Use extreme caution on the LED. While the LEDs are durable to weather and such, they cannot take a pull. We've snapped many COB LEDs if we aren't paying attention. Also using the wiring from the spotlight, ziptie the mod wires to the spotlight. Our goal is to get enough tension on the LED so they look good on the sides of the sign. Again, be gentle yet firm.
- Raise the playfield. Be sure to shove something in the ball launch so you don't have balls tumbling down everywhere.
- Identify the global illumination bulb in the image and replace with the provided bulb.
- Attach reverser to the connector from the bulb and the connector from the mod.
- Remove whatever you shoved in the ball launcher and you're good to go!
