When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.

1. Remove all pieces of tape backing on the chest base. 

2. Place the chest over the mech. There is a nut in front of the mech. The chest will cover that nut as well. The inside of the front of the chest should rest against it. A thin sliver of the mech should still be exposed in the rear.

3. Remove the tape backing from the chest lid. Lower the lid down to the mech. The lower corner of the lid should rest above the rear corner of the chest.
