If you have not yet received a fulfillment email from us, it is likely your package has not shipped.
If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, it is generally is due to one of two situations:
- Parcel left in the wrong box or mis-delivered
- Parcel marked delivered and was not yet. left by the carrier
You can rule out both by checking with your trusty mail carrier who can help in both cases.
If you find neither is the case, please follow the instructions on this website to for submitting a missing mail search. We highly recommend waiting at least 24 hours after the package was marked as delivered before filing the search.

If you haven't received a parcel for which you have tracking, here are the most likely causes:
- The expected shipment time (domestic shipping is 3-5 days; international shipping 7-21 days) has not elapsed. Virtually all deliveries occur within these shipping windows.
- Your tracking information may be inaccurate. If you find it shows DELIVERED to Rio Rancho, NM a scanning error has occurred. In this case, your package has shipped but tracking information will be unavailable.
- For International US First Class mail shipments: your package is likely in your local post office being processed through customs. Call your post office and provide them with the label number provided with your shipment confirmation. This can help confirm this and clarify delivery timing. A package shipped internationally is not considered missing until after 40 days. If 40 days have passed, we will initiate a claims inquiry.
