Mezel Mods Pre-Order Policy

This page states the policy of Mezel Mods in regards to our pre-order process. Please use this page to understand what occurs with orders that have items that are pre-orders. 

Overview

In some cases we allow pre-orders on certain products. This happens for some products that are from our overseas vendors (PINO, Pinball Universe, Bearcade and Niro) as well as some of our early launch products. The following reasons can contribute to why we have set some items to pre-order status. 

1. We allow some of the new products to go on pre-order for 1 week to gauge interest in the item.
2. We allow some of our older products to go on pre-order, as they have accumulated a lot of back in stock notifications.
3. We allow some products from our overseas vendors to be purchasable on our webpage, but we don't carry the physical stock of them.  

Thus some orders have the pre-order designation. The following happens to orders that have items that are on pre-order. 

1. If their are only pre-order items in the order, then the order is shipped once we have these items. 
2. If their are items of both the regular order and pre-order variety, then the order is held until all of the items are collected for the order. 
3. If their are items from us, our vendors, and then pre-order items then this occurs. Our Vendors will ship their items to you. We will follow step two. International orders will be sent to us and then sent together. 

Timeline for Pre-orders

The timeline for any pre-order item is as follows. 

Pinball Universe: For the few CLiP sets that we sell that have the pre-order designation, it can anywhere from 1-3 months for the item to arrive to our location. 

Pino: For the Augusta Helicopter, it can take 1-3 Months to arrive. For items that have had a 1 week pre-order period, it should take 1 month for the item to arrive. 

Bearcade: For any Bearcade item that goes on pre-order, it can take 1-2 months to arrive to our location. 

NIRO: For any item ordered for NIRO, we ask for a 2-4 month wait time for the item. This is in order to make sure that the item arrives to us, and that QC is performed to make sure it works properly.  

Domestic vendors: In rare cases some domestic products go up for preorder. In this case they can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to us. 

Return Policy

Look, we understand that sometimes plans change and you need to cancel a pre-ordered item. Thus their are two options for customers in this situation. 

1. For orders that only include pre-order items, we can cancel the order and then either proceed with a refund via the original payment method, or via store credit, whichever you prefer. 

2. For orders that have both pre-order and normal order items we can either cancel the full order, or cancel the pre-order item and send the remaining items in the order to you. Please let us know which option you prefer. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PRE-ORDER ITEM THAT IS CANCELLED CARRIES WITH IT A 5% RESTOCK FEE, WHICH IS IN LINE WITH OUR RETURN POLICY.
