When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.
- Remove the 2 leftmost screws holding on plastic -32 above the right ramp. Trace the wiring and remove the whole assembly as we will replace everything. Disconnect the connector under the table. Make a mental note where the available plug is as we will need to use it. You will need to snip the 2 zip ties on the ramp to free the assembly.
- Replace the screws and place the screw spacer over the screws and slide down. Tighten the screws and try to slide the spacer away. If the spacer does not slide off easily, loosen the screws. If it slides off too easily, tighten the screws. Getting this right will help hold your mod in place.
- Slide the mod onto the screws. If it wiggles significantly, go back to step 2.
- Using the provided zip ties, feed them through the holes the previous zip ties were in. Be sure the 'knot' rests outside the ramp (see image 2). Be sure the wires are fed through the zip ties and tighten them down. Snip the excess zip tie off.
- Feed the connector to the underside of the machine. Follow the wiring from the switch mounted to the ramp. They are the black and white wires in the image. Be sure that none of the wires are interfering with the function of the switch.
- Remember that connector back in step 1? We'll connect the mod to that connector now.
