If you are attempting to install two products that use the IDC style connectors on one connection, use the following photo to create a 'piggy back' of the two wiring harnesses. As long as the two connectors have the same pinout (meaning placement of the red and black wires) this method will work.
The two products are connected together and then the two ends of the unplugged game wiring harness are plugged into each product as shown below.
