Remove the glass and then lift the playfield up and out. Don't forget to secure the pinballs with something or remove them and use cabinet protectors (sold separately) to prevent any damage.

Part reference:
MM-007-UNDERWATERILLUM-GRN+BLU
Tools required:
Flathead Screwdriver
1/4 Wrench (recommended)
Remove the factory light with the wrench (recommended) or the flathead (not recommended at this time), when the metal bracket is loose you can rotate it 180 degrees and use the wrench on the other side to make the removal easier. (shown below) Save the factory screw in a safe place for installation later.
Remove the light insert by pushing down and turning, and install the new mod by repeating those steps in reverse.
Place the factory screw back in the metal bracket first then the plastic bracket after. There are 3 mounting points on the plastic bracket, this is for variants in the factory screw hole. There's no right choice just some trial and error testing, pick your favorite look because there's little difference.
Screw the brackets back on with the flathead screwdriver, and you're all done.
