Pinball machines have high voltages which can cause DANGER TO LIFE AND LIMB. TURN POWER OFF and UNPLUG PINBALL MACHINE prior to installation. Pinball machines are high voltage and can cause electrical shock.
SAFETY GLASSES are also recommended while working with or installing pinball parts.

When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.
Remove the glass and then we recommend lifting the playfield up and out about 5 to 8 inches. Don't forget to secure the pinballs with something or remove them and use cabinet protectors (sold separately) to prevent any damage. (Please ignore the fact that this is Alien it's just an example)
Locate the bubble level next to the shooter lane, remove the two nuts securing the level
Lift up the level to the end of the bolts or take it all the way off, and slide the blade mount in between the bubble level (yellow) and the bubble level mount (black). Now simply place the bubble level and the switchblade back onto the bolts and screw the nuts back on and you're all done.
