CC - Railroad Track Addon

These instructions are applicable to the following products:

DANGER ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Pinball machines have high voltages which can cause DANGER TO LIFE AND LIMB. TURN POWER OFF and UNPLUG PINBALL MACHINE prior to installation. Pinball machines are high voltage and can cause electrical shock.
SAFETY GLASSES are also recommended while working with or installing pinball parts.

When removing screws from the playfield, reinstall them by first turning them counter-clockwise to match the original groove in order to respect the integrity of the playfield wood.

1. Prep

1- You will need your new Tracks and 5/16th wrench and the 3 nuts included.

2- Locate the 3 bolts on the rails, and pre-screw the nuts on 2 or 3 turns (the bolt nearest to the front may not be accessible).

3- The bolt closest to the front may be too close to the acrylic to screw on the nut, don't worry the track stays on well without a nut securing it. 

2. Install

1- Take the largest track piece and slide it on the middle bolt. The cutout for the bolt is in the center of the track and the opening of the cutout needs to face the back of the playfield.

2- Once the track is pushed on the bolt, hand-tighten the nut.

3- Now take the smaller track piece without the side cutout and the 'F' imprinted on it, then slide the track onto the bolt (located closest to the back of the playfield) at a slight angle (shown below) 

4- With the track at a slight angle hand-tighten the nut and slightly twist the tracks together (shown below)

5- Repeat the last 2 steps with the last piece, this piece has an 'F' imprinted on it (shown below). The 'F' will face the back of the playfield and is in the circle (shown below).

6- With the track at a slight angle hand-tighten the nut (if possible) and slightly twist the tracks together (shown below)

7- Use the wrench to tighten the nuts, and enjoy your new Railroad Track!
